Deacero USA is looking for a Digital Solutions Engineer Jr.  to join our team. This role will be continuously research the state of the art in Artificial Intelligence to analyze, design, and propose innovative, disruptive agent-based architectures aligned with Digital Product team requirements. Translate these proposals into functional code using agile methodologies, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate the build process and maximize software quality, while ensuring continuous, high-impact deliveries in every sprint.

Responsabilities

• Continuously research and master the state of the art in the AI industry, including emerging solutions, tools, and frameworks gaining traction in the market.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Product team to deeply understand and analyze well-defined business needs.
• Design and propose agent-based architectures and systems built on cognitive agents to deliver cutting-edge solutions to identified challenges.
• Assess the technical feasibility of requirements by outlining multiple scenarios and alternative technology solutions.
• Accurately estimate the effort, development timelines, and resources required for each proposed alternative.
• Provide technical recommendations and cost–benefit criteria to guide architectural decision-making.
• Optimize the development lifecycle by leveraging generative AI assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini Code Assist, Cursor) as a strategic accelerator for build processes.
• Ensure software quality by implementing AI-driven tools for automated code review, early defect detection, and rapid test generation.
• Develop and implement approved solutions using clean, efficient, scalable, and production-ready code.
• Execute deployments within a fully agile framework, ensuring continuous value delivery at the end of each Sprint and rapidly iterating based on user feedback.

Qualifications

·  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·  Core Knowledge:

• Strong command of the modern AI ecosystem and the evolution of advanced solutions in the market.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced retrieval techniques (Advanced RAG), and vector databases.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development practices (AI Pair Programming).
• Solid understanding of software development principles, APIs, and version control (Git).
• Experience in manufacturing industries

·  Critical Experience

• Proven experience designing and implementing agent-based architectures or multi-agent workflows.
• Demonstrated experience working within agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban), delivering continuous value in each sprint.
• Fluent in English

·  Certifications / Training (Preferred):

• Certifications in agile méthodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Specialized training or certifications in Artificial Intelligence and/or Cloud technologies.
